Meal Booking now online

Dinner bookings and cancellations in the future will only be via the website.

You need to be logged in the SAC website to make a booking.

If you don’t already have an account, you can create one with your first booking (see below).

Bookings will close at 12 midday on the Monday before the monthly meeting as we have to advise the Public Schools Club the numbers for dinner.

If you need to make a late booking, please Email Steve Biele who will check availability and you will be advised.

How to Book a Meal

  • Login first (click Login on the main menu. If you don’t have a login yet see below)
  • Go to the Calendar and click on the SAC Dinner for the month. (Note:– if you are using a tablet or phone, touching the SAC Dinner will only open a pop up displaying the Menu –  to open the SAC Dinner page touch and hold, then select ‘Open’ from the pop up.
  • Select the number and meal types required (member or non member – Standard, Vegetarian or Vegan).
  • Add any other requirements in the comments section.
  • Press ‘Send my Booking’
  • You will receive a booking confirmation email.
  • You will also receive a reminder email on the Monday before the meeting

To cancel your meal booking

  • Login to the website (click Login on the main menu)
  • From the Main Menu, select Calendar>My Bookings
  • Click cancel.
  • You will receive an email acknowledging your cancellation.

To change your meal booking

  • Login to the website (click Login on the main menu)
  • From the Main Menu, select Calendar>My Bookings
  • Click cancel.
  • Re-book as required
  • You will receive two emails, one acknowledging your cancellation and a second confirming your new booking.

I don’t have an account on the SAC Website yet

Follow these instructions to make your first booking and create an account.

You will only need to do this the first time to create an account. Note – If you try and use this method next time you will get an message asking you to login first.

  • Go to the Calendar and click on the SAC Dinner for the month. (Note:- if you are using a tablet or phone, touching the SAC Dinner will only open a pop up displaying the Menu –  to open the SAC Dinner page touch and hold, then select open from the pop up.
  • Select the number and meal types required (member or non member – Standard, Vegetarian or Vegan).
  • Fill in your details to create a new account. All items are required otherwise you will get an error message asking you to fill in the missing details.
  • Add any other requirements in the Comments box.
  • Tick the box ‘I am not a robot’, respond to the popup and click ‘Verify’.
  • Press ‘Send my Booking’
  • A new account will be created for you and you will receive an email with your login details. Click on the link in the email to set your password.
  • You will also receive a booking confirmation email.
  • Next time you need to book or cancel your meal login to your account first.
